  • What is Same Day Delivery (SDD)?

    - Same Day Delivery allows you to place order online and receive them on the same day.


  • What is your coverage area for SDD?

    - Currently, our SDD is only available at selected areas in Klang Valley & Selangor.


  • What is the cut-off time for SDD?

    - Our SDD is available daily, cut-off time at 1pm (Mon-Sun). Only SDD order with confirmed payment before the cut-off time will be process for SDD arrangement.


  • What are the items available for SDD?

    - Only items with SDD tag are available for SDD. Look out for the tag in your shopping cart.


  • How do I check my SDD order status?

    - You will receive notification on your tracking URL. Alternatively, you may check your order status here. If you need further assistance, you may call us or WhatsApp us at +6011-1100 7616 & we will get back to you as soon as possible.


  • What if I’m not there when the dispatch driver arrives?

    - If the dispatch driver has arrived at your location and no one is available for pickup within 5 minutes from arrival time, and/or you cannot be contacted and remain unreachable, your order will be cancelled. We will refund your order exclude the SDD charges.


  • Can I change from Free Same Day Delivery to outlet pickup?

    - Modification of fulfilment method is unavailable. Customers are to ensure that they choose their preferred fulfilment method during order placement.


  • Who is your SDD logistic service provider?

    - Our dispatch partner for SDD is LalaMove.


  • How If I Unable To Get My Item On The Same Day?

    - We are ensure our item is being packed well and ready to deliver after cut-off time. However if there is event that is beyond our control, SDD may not be successful due to logistic service provider, customer may request us for cancellation or we may retry it in the next morning.
