• - 21 years and older;
• - Platinum, Gold or Silver GrabRewards tier member, and;
• - Have used either cash, credit or debit card for at least 3 Grab transactions in the recent month;

Is there a purchase limit for with GrabPay Later? +

Yes, you can shop up to RM4,000.

Can purchase with a debit card?+

Yes, you can! Both debit and credit cards are accept for GrabPay Later payment option.

Will I get GrabReward points if I pay using PayLater? +

GrabRewards points is awarded for every PayLater Postpaid transaction.
While PayLater Instalments does not currently award any GrabRewards points, you can look out for our various exciting promotions and merchant offers for great value at our merchant directory.

Is there a cost to using PayLater? +

PayLater is a free service offered by retailers to you – there are no upfront fees charged or any interest accrued.
The only fee that may be incurred is admin fee to reactivate your suspended account. Your PayLater account may be suspended if you have overdue PayLater bill and you do not make any payments after being notified by us.

What is Atome?

With Atome, you can buy now and split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments using credit or debit card.

What are the payment methods for repayment? +

App repayment. Go to your ATOME APP. Select "Check and Pay" overdue bills. Update your credit or debit card details.
Auto-Deduction. Ensure sufficient funds available on the debit/credit card bound to your Atome account for auto deduction.

Am I eligible to use the Atome service?+

Is there a purchase limit for with Atome? +

Yes, you can only shop up to RM4,099 (for debit card payments) and up to RM6,000 (for credit card payments) on Apple devices and Apple original accessories but there is minimum purchase required of RM25.

How do I pay using Atome?+

Shop with iTworld in-store and choose Atome as your preferred payment method at checkout. Make your first payment (one-third of your bill) with your credit or debit card at the time of purchase and the rest over the next two months in two equal interest-free instalments. Just that easy.

Do customers have to pay any fees for using the Atome service?+

Atome comes as a free service: no hidden charges if scheduled instalments paid on time.

What happens if I miss a payment? +

Atome will charge an administration fee and freeze the account until the outstanding amounts are paid. To reactivate your Atome account, Atome will charge a RM50 one-time fee. If this reactivation fee and instalment is not paid within seven days, an additional RM25 fee will be charged (by Atome). In Malaysia, the maximum administrative fee is capped at RM150 per transaction.

With myIOU, you can split your purchases into affordable monthly instalments up to 3 months with zero interest to pay using credit or debit card.

What are the payment methods for repayment? +

Remaining balance of total purchase will be split into monthly instalments and will be charged monthly depending on the selected tenure. Your card binded to myIOU will be charged automatically every month for the remaining instalments.

Am I eligible to use the myIOU service?+

Is there a purchase limit for with myIOU? +

Yes, once registration done, you will receive RM1000 credit limit. You may increase your credit limit manually thru the apps.

How do I pay using myIOU?+

Shop with iTworld in-store and choose myIOU as your preferred payment method at checkout. You are required to make initial payment upon purchase and split the remaining balance into monthly instalments.

Do customers have to pay any fees for using the myIOU service?+

myIOU is a payment service offered to consumers with zero interest and no hidden fees. However, a late payment fee will be imposed if subsequent payments are not made by due date.

What happens if I miss a payment? +

myIOU will send a notification via myIOU app and SMS. Your account will be suspended from performing transactions until outstanding payments are resolved. A late payment fee will be imposed for overdue payments.
