GLOO REWARDS Membership is a loyalty program that awards its members with loyalty points for purchase of goods/service at participating SNS outlets and online store. Members are also able to exclusive and exciting rewards and benefits.
Age 18 and above. Reside or be a resident of Malaysia.
You may apply for the GLOO REWARDS Membership at any participating SNS outlets or online store at https://www.gloo.com.my for new sign-up.
RM12.00 for Silver Membership Fees. Free for Members.
The validity period is 12 months, member need to activate their membership.
Yes, your points will expire if you do not redeem it. Points shall be valid for a period of 12 calendar months commencing from the date the points are credited to the membership account.
No, points will only be credited into your account after 30 days.
You can check your point balances at any participating SNS stores cashier counters, or simply visit our official website at https://www.gloo.com.my. The balance points as per previous visit (last 24 hours) is printed out in your current transaction receipt.
No. Any unredeemed points will be forfeited after without any extension given.
You get 1 Point for every RM1.00 spent. You can fast-track your point’s accumulation by purchasing selected products with 5x or even 10x points multiplier.
Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at the conversion rate of 500 points is equivalent to RM1.00. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.
Points accrued may be redeemed as cash equivalent in your next purchase of any item at SNS stores & online store.
Sharing of your membership with others are prohibited so as to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.
No. The points collected in your account are not transferable to any other person or account.
