How to redeem your free gift (Touch 'n Go e-credit):
• Make a purchase of any Eligible Product(s) from any Participating Partner during the Promotional Period. Participant is required to keep the original Tax Invoice as proof of purchase.
• Visit http://www.hp.com.my/hpprintrewards to submit your name, Malaysian identity card number, contact number, correspondence address, email address, product category, product serial number, invoice date, invoice number, and uploading a picture of the Tax Invoice as a proof of purchase as well as a photo/scan copy of the serial number barcode cut-out;
• All entries must be submitted online by 5.00PM (Malaysia time) 12th February 2022. Any documentation received after this date will not be validated and the corresponding claims will be declined. Any claim submitted without the required proof of purchase documentation as listed above will also be rejected. Upon entry submission, end user will receive a confirmation mail to the email address submitted.
• Once Reward claims have been received and verified, please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days from claim approval to receive the Reward via the Participant’s details provided.
T&C:
- The Reward claims with purchases of special pricing, bulk deals, special deals and projects will not be entitled to this Promotion
- A Participant may make Reward claims during the Promotional Period for up to two (2) Eligible Products purchased. Only one claim will be accepted for each Eligible Product sold to each Participant.
- Participant is entitled to only two (2) entry Redemptions.
- Only Tax Invoices issued during the Promotional Period [09.00AM (Malaysia Time) 1st Nov 2022 to 31st Jan 2022] will be accepted.
